2日の中休みののちのちの第3ステージはソラからディエンビエンフーまでの168km
60km地点にある山岳が一番の難関です。
レースは序盤、総合2位のタイ選手（チーム デュオック））が４人でアタックして逃げて、集団はリーダーチームが追う。リーダーチームが追う。
60km地点からの登りで集団が前を捕まえると、その後、ミルサマ（アンジャン）とジャヴィエ（ホーチミン）が逃げに入る。逃げに入る。
集団はこの2人を捕まえられず、2人は逃げ切り。2人は逃げ切り。
16人の第2集団にアリとビルグンが残り、3位争いのスプリントでビルグンが7位。アリが10位でゴールした。
明日は最終ステージ。ディエンビエンフー市内での45kmクリテリウムです。クリテリウムです。
